Project Brief
The company did not have an adequate customer-facing website, and it was not user friendly to convert prospects into customers. We also needed to design a way to present the company as an established entity customers can trust, and also create an online differentiator away from the many competitors with years in the business despite having templated, basic branding, designs, and language. Lastly, we needed to design how the platform would actually share the benefits of working with Jones Relief Enterprises to ensure prospecting web traffic convert into hot leads.
